•Delivery Time: Estimated 7-10 working days after dispatch.

•Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

•There may be occasional delays due to reasons beyond our control, but we'll keep you informed.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

•COD orders go through a quick verification process via WhatsApp or call before dispatch.

•You must confirm your order and address within 24-48 hours.

•If verification isn't completed, the order will be cancelled automatically.

DELIVERY PROCESS

1. Once your order is placed, it starts processing immediately.

2. Each product goes through a 3-layer quality check before packaging.

3. Your order is packed securely and handed over to our delivery partners.

4. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details from the SIVASAMGI Team.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY SIVASAMGI

Sometimes, we may need to cancel or refuse an order due to:

• Limited stock availability.

• Pricing or product errors.

• Verification or payment issues.

• Fraud or credit-related concerns.

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be added to your SIVASAMGI account as store credit, which you can use anytime (no expiry).

We may contact you if extra details are needed before confirming your order. By placing an order, you agree to accept SIVASAMGI's final decision in case of cancellations.
