At SIVASAMGI, we want you to love every piece you order. Each item goes through a 3-step quality check before it’s shipped out — but if something feels off, we’re here to help!

Once your order is shipped, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.

We don’t offer returns, but if there’s an issue, please contact us within 1–3 days of receiving your order via Email or WhatsApp.

We provide store credit only for approved exchanges — no cash refunds.

If you’ve received a wrong or defective product, we’ll replace it right away.

You get one-time size exchange per order. Please check our size chart or WhatsApp us at ‪+91 72195 73565‬ for help before ordering.

A ₹150 shipping charge applies for all exchanges.

We will arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.

Once we receive your product, your store credit or exchanged item will be processed within 12–15 days.
